REDS Racing Engines are now available at TMA Motorsports. REDS racing engines are all tuned by Mario Rossi with a new lightened head encased in a Picco housing. REDS engines exhaust is a little larger than a Novarossi engine a major change from the old Picco housing. Of course the crank, piston, and sleeve are designed and tuned by Mario Rossi. There are specially tuned exhaust systems for both the .12 and .21 engines.
We have found that the engines are easily broken in and also easy to get a nice race tune. The engines perform better with 25% nitro fuel than lower percentages of nitro fuel. The engines have a very linear power band making them excellent for newer hobbyist to handle the power band of the high powered engines of today. Experienced racers will find this feature very appealing especially under racing conditions.
